Our name is the source of inspiration for the development of exceptional event formats. We use the scientific findings from the neuroscience and work around the topic of swarm intelligence. We have accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in various sectors in the various markets. Our technologies support the interactive cooperation of the participants and allow through the diverse use to maximize the learning success of the participants. However, the technologies should only be the basis for the networking, the participants and your event objectives remain in the foreground for us.

SwarmWorks Ltd. was founded in 2008 by Heiner Koppermann and Klaus Pampuch.
Klaus Pampuch had already been active in the market since the year 2000 with his company Campus Computersysteme e. K., founded in 1996, and the service brand Connectinc in the field of interactive dialogue systems mainly in the context of pharmaceutical events.
Heiner Koppermann was active with his consulting company ChangeWorks GmbH & Co KG in the field of change consulting and training, in the context of which interactive event formats were increasingly used.
After a first cooperation of the two companies in 2006 and the very good experiences made during this time, SwarmWorks Ltd. was founded in 2008 and as a result the Connectinc business was taken over. In 2012 the sister company SwarmWorks, Inc. was founded in the USA near Boston. The two companies operate as independent companies.
By using SwarmWorks, we have succeeded in setting a high performance goal together with our entire team in feasible steps and even defining the necessary measures. And all in a remarkably efficient and fast way. From my point of view, SwarmWorks beats conventional broadcast-heavy conference formats by far.
We used Swarmworks’ digital conferencing technology with great success in our global leadership meeting with approximately 150 attendees. Not only that we were able to achieve ideal group composition for working sessions in this way, we were also able to deal with it interactively, for all experienced and visibly important aspects and directly define concrete action packages. The unanimous feedback after the event: inspiring, modern, dynamic! The collaboration with Swarmworks was very professional and pragmatic and was also fun.
